Roderic Brame Born Roderic Ian Brame, Rod grew up a southern Californian surfer kid. He moved around California a lot early in life, & this water baby got to experience the wide variety of the beaches on the CA coast. High School years coincided with a family move to the east coat. Remember the Titans? Rod attended T.C. Williams High School at the same time the movie took place, and proceeded to drop out his senior year. After working construction, auto mechanics, & for ten years on heavy machinery; he decided to go back to college. A bachelors in Geology turned into a Masters in Science Teaching, which evolved into a PhD in Paleontology. After teaching at Universities for a while, he turned back to T.C. Williams, and returned to teach there for three years. Moving to Florida for a change in schools, and warmer temperature, Rod currently resides in a suburb of Tampa. At every opportunity he has helped advance science literacy among all his students at every intsitution he has been a part of. Karl Burnham ![]() Born Karl Nathan Burnham; Karl has always been the quiet listener in his family. Karl grew up in Maryland, and half-way through high
school, made the move with his family to Gainesville Virginia where they
currently reside. Karl has magnetic interests in all things electronic, & has a keen appreciation of music (you'll hardly see him without his headphones). He also is known for his sly sense of humor, and enjoys a good slap-stick routine. He also loves swimming, movies, and reading. Karl likes to go on leisurely walks, & take his camera everywhere he goes. He is genuinely happy having found a meaningful & introspective hobby through his photography. His passion for photography is a strong as ever, and continues to take pictures for fun at every opportunity. |
Rachel Brame Born Rachel Dawn Burnham, Rachel was raised in the Washington D.C. area. She is a proud product of the Maryland school system, and from an early age enveloped herself in the arts. Drawing, painting, and creative writing have been a constant outlet for her. Pen and Ink is her preferred medium, but she also enjoys painting with acrylics, and creating collages. Picture framing has become an extension of her artistic creativity. A passion for preserving as well as complimenting all artwork that passes through her hands ( and encouraged by her husband) is what has blossomed into her business: R&R Artwork LLC. She continues to produce art daily, and will frame just about anything. Hanna Clark ![]() Born Hanna Brame, Hanna grew up in Southwestern Virginia. As her dad's little helper growing up, and collecting fossils; Hanna has always had a knack in nature. As a kid, and into adulthood Hanna has followed in her father's footsteps with a keen interest in Geology. She is also multi-talented in the arts, and has expressed herself creatively since she was quite young. Painting and drawing have been constant creative outlets for her, and are featured on this website. Also knitting, sewing, and creating music have been other hobbies she has proven her talent in. Hanna is currently working on a Bachelor's Degree in Geology, and lives in Ohio with her husband. |
